want to feel calmer? make a list.

Two friends of mine asked me today, “How can you be so calm with so much going on?” I attribute my zen-momness to my compulsion (obsession!) with list-making. The more you can get out of your brain and on to paper, the more open and focused your brain can be on the task at hand. So try making a list… even if you do nothing else, I promise you’ll be much, much more relaxed!
