Are you a mom? Do you run your own business? Then you’re a mompreneur, baby, and you’ve got challenges that NO ONE understands like other mompreneurs do.

  • Like how to take a work call while breastfeeding
  • Or how to read your BlackBerry during ballet class while still looking interested in pirouettes
  • Or how to get an overwhelming project off the ground when you’ve got no one to collaborate with or bounce ideas off of.
  • Or making sure your customer’s order form doesn’t have pureed squash fingerprints on it.
  • OR how to know which business model is right for you, and how to trust your gut and move forward with your ideas.
  • OR how to type an email with a toddler banging on the keyboard.

We’ve got big goals and limited time and energy to dedicate to them.  And we’ve got an intense desire to find meaning in what we do, and balance in how we do it.

What we need is the power of a group of like-minded people to remind us that:

  1. We’re not crazy,
  2. The “mommy brain” is alive and well
  3. We are capable of achieving incredible things in business.  We did, after all, make babies, so everything else is pretty much small potatoes.

Experience the power of a group of highly-motivated supportive moms, and get the support you need to succeed in your business AND personal lives.

What to expect from this totally awesome circle:

  • We will learn from one another, offer support during challenging times, and teach what we know if we have expertise in an area that another circle member could benefit from.
  • We’ll be brainstorming ideas to generate passive streams of revenue so that we can spend less time trading hours for dollars and more time making money while we sleep!
  • We’ll discuss how to build a team that supports our endeavors, and how to delegate and automate the tasks that drain you in your business (so you can focus on the good stuff).
  • We’ll learn centering techniques that allow you more presence, less guilt and distraction while you work.
  • We’ll put systems in place to help you manage everything from your schedule to your email Inbox. It’s all about the systems, when it comes to leveraging our most precious resource— TIME.
  • We’ll combat all the head junk, deal with the normal-crazy thoughts, and find creative solutions to your fears and doubts about growing your business while raising your family.
  • Feedback, feedback, feedback: We’ll be giving lots of it to each other, and getting lots in return.
  • Discuss the latest technology and tools for growing your business like: eZines, blogging, podcasting, social media, teleseminars, making videos, and building platform and credibility.

Facilitated by Carley Knobloch
Life Coach & Founder of Mothercraft

closer_cropI’ll be your your facilitator, and the runner of the whole shebang.  I’ll moderate the call so everyone has a chance to contribute, and I’ll help choose topics of discussion (though you’ll have input on that each month), and keep us on schedule.  I will be coaching and contributing where appropriate, and your mompreneur collective will offer just as much support as I do.

In between calls, you’ll have access to our Google Group, where we can continue supporting one another in between our monthly calls, float ideas and post questions.

Here is what some of moms in business just like you had to say about me:

adornfestHave you ever wished for a fairy godmother? Someone who would float down from the heavens, alight on your shoulder, and help you through the whole parenting thing? Mine would say things like, “It’s been two years since you last changed the furnace filter, dear. Why don’t you put that on your to-do list?” and “You’ve got too many things scheduled for today. Erase at least two and go for a walk instead.” Then she’d pat my shoulder and tell me what a good job I’m doing. Carley Knobloch is sort of like that only she doesn’t sit on people’s shoulders. She’s devoted to helping moms get organized, reach their goals, and jump start their entrepreneurial ventures.
Asha Dornfest, Parent Hacks

hallardI tend to brainstorm a MILLION ideas, quickly become overwhelmed and then decide to ditch them all. Working with Carley has changed my life – she’s helped me take my ideas, decide which ones I want to develop and then formulate a game plan from start to finish. She is the perfect blend of taskmaster and cheerleader, and working with her helped me achieve SO MUCH, quickly and simply. Love, love, love her.
H. Allard, The Mogul Mom

mtaylorI love Carley’s wisdom. Her advice resonated with me in a deep way. I know that her suggestions are exactly what I must do to be successful and have balance. From her advice, I am looking at how to set boundaries, and be intentional and disciplined with my time for work, and time for family. She reminded me that my time is finite, so I don’t want to let my work time bleed into my family time… which I tend to do!
M. Taylor, Imagination Soup

ebaeblerWorking with Carley made me highly motivated to continue and build on the work I’ve been doing. I love the way she knows you can do things even when you aren’t sure. Her energy is amazing and yet she has a calming presence at the same time. Her practical approach to getting things done really does allow you to move forward on the things you want to accomplish.
E. Baebler, The Magnolia Workshop

Approaching Carley to coach me was one of the best decisions I ever made. Her constructive advice helped me get through the day-to-day of my currently unfulfilling job, knowing that I was building a new plan that was more meaningful to me. I am extremely thankful for Carley’s role as not only my coach, but also my cheerleader; as her immeasurable support, optimism, and enthusiasm were a major contribution to my personal victory. I would 1,000% recommend Carley to anyone who has the itch to improve any aspect of their life or career.
M. Dennis, Recovering Sales Exec. turned Interior Designer

One of the great things that I got from coaching sessions with Carley is very useable action steps to put into practice as soon as I got home. Organizing time, lists, and action steps… she does a great job at taking what feels like the “overwhelming” and calmly breaking down so it’s doable. She’s so empathetic to what a mom goes through, so it doesn’t feel like some outsider giving you unrealistic suggestions, like Martha Stewart, or something!
A. Brook, Mom of Two

Carley was so reassuring and immediately mapped out a plan of attack to follow in our work together. This was in April. Now it’s October and since I’ve begun working with Carley, I’ve left my unfulfilling job that had me sitting in a 2×2 cubicle with a headset, realized my new career path, and am actively taking steps to find the job that incorporates my “core values” and my passion. Thank you, Carley!
