Different options that work for you.
We do one-on-one consultations. We make house calls. We do group workshops. We come speak at your company. We pretty much do whatever it takes to get moms excited about their lives again. Here are some of the many ways we can work with you, or create a custom solution that's as individual as you are.
'Craft Free
A complimentary Exploratory Session is recommended for all moms interested in coaching. I get to figure out whether I can help you out, and you get to figure out whether I might be a good ally on your new journey from survival to "thrival!"
In this FREE 40-minute session:
- We'll speak about where you are, and clarify where you want to be in your life (lots of guided questions, lots of listening, lots of "it's all going to be okay!")
- Carley will then explain her approach and how it can help you, and
- If it seems like a good fit, we'll discuss rates and review and sign an agreement.

On-going support for moms ready to make real and lasting lifestyle changes.
- We begin with a 120-minute Foundation Session, where we do an "As-Is" Assessment, evaluating where you are in life and determine in which areas you want to see the most growth during our coaching relationship.
- We then begin 50-minute sessions, twice a month, where we create your Growth Plan and work toward and work towards your "To-Be" Goals. Continued support and movement will be supported during on-going sessions.
- NOTE: I ask for a minimum 3-month commitment for any new relationship in order to ensure movement in your desired areas and for lasting changes to really start happening.
